Stolen Vehicle, No Licence, Fleeing the Scene

Police reports confirm that the car had been taken without the owner’s consent and that the driver did not possess a valid driving license. The arrest was made with the aid of witness statements and security camera footage. The case has been referred to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office in Las Palmas.

Potential charges may include:

  • Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

  • Driving without a license.

  • Reckless endangerment.

  • Failing to stop after causing injury.

Due to the suspect’s age, proceedings will be conducted under Spain’s Ley de Responsabilidad Penal del Menor, which governs juvenile criminal responsibility.
