Newsbrief: 27 minors identified during an inspection of a discotheque in Playa del Inglés
Agents of the Policia Nacional, in collaboration with agents of the Policia Local of San Bartolomé de Tirajana and Labor Inspector, carried out an inspection on Saturday 8 September at a disco in Playa del Inglés, in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, where 27 minors were identified inside the establishment, of which the majority were consuming alcohol, while seven of them were directed to a hidden exit by one of the employees to evade the agents.
In addition, the agents were able to detect alleged deficiencies in the establishment in terms of safety, capacity control and hygiene, including the possession of expired drinks, the presence of irregular image recording systems and the improper collection of receipts, reported the Policia Nacional in a press release.
In addition, the canine dog unit of the Policia Nacional located various narcotic substances, such as hashish and cocaine, and the agents detained one of the bouncers as the alleged perpetrator of an assault committed a few days earlier with injuries subsequently caused to members of the Guardia Civil who intervened.
Finally, after the corresponding police report was issued, the detainee was placed at the disposal of the competent Judicial Authority.
