Various cuisines combine with fun, music and show cooking backed by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria and the city of Telde who convert the commercial area into a space that attracts residents and visitors.
A selection of bars and restaurants in the area will make tapas with local Telde produce as the main ingredients, among them the gofio of San Gregorio, the oranges of the Higuera Canaria and the artisanal bread of various local bakeries.
Prices are capped, including a drink, at €2,50.
The Event starts at 18:00. This will also have an effect on the traffic in the area and Plaza de San Gregorio will be off limits for cars starting from the morning.
The first Enyesque Route this Friday will also have produce on sale from farmers and winemakers around the municipality as well as two musical bands to soften the day. Smaller children will be able to enjoy cooking workshops as well as the celebration of the Second Night of Witches at 20:00 with a parade.
A lovely way to get to know an area while tasting some delicious local products and of course not forgetting the parade. Good for the whole family.
